Terms of Use

The agreement between you and MFD Central when you use this site.

Accepting these terms

By using mfdcentral.com or mfdcentral.in, or by creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

In these terms, "we" and "MFD Central" mean the site operated by Srikanth Dindakurti, and "you" means the person using it.

What this site is

MFD Central provides financial calculation and presentation tools. It is a set of calculators and report generators. That is all it is.

We are not your adviser. Nothing on this site is investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any mutual fund scheme or other security. We have no knowledge of your circumstances and form no adviser relationship with you.

Every output is an illustration produced from assumptions you entered. Assumed returns are not forecasts and will not match reality. Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks; read all scheme-related documents carefully before investing.

Your account

Accounts are intended for mutual fund distributors. When you create one, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old and able to enter into this agreement.
  • The details you provide, including any ARN or EUIN, are accurate and your own.
  • You will keep your password confidential and not share your account.
  • You will tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

On ARNs. Each ARN can be registered to one account only. We do not verify ARNs against AMFI records, and registering one here does not evidence that you hold it. Entering an ARN that is not yours is a misrepresentation to your own clients, and we will close accounts we believe are doing it.

Branded reports and your responsibility

If you add your logo, name, ARN and disclaimer, reports you generate will carry them instead of ours. This is the point of the feature — but it has a consequence worth stating plainly.

A branded report is your document, not ours. Once it carries your identity, your client will reasonably treat it as your work and your representation. You are responsible for reviewing every report before you share it — the inputs, the assumptions, the figures and whether the conclusion is appropriate for that person.

You confirm that you have the right to use any logo or mark you upload, and that doing so does not infringe anyone else's rights. You are responsible for your own regulatory obligations, including any disclosure your regulator requires you to make.

We do not see, store or have any access to the client figures you enter — the calculators run entirely in your browser. We therefore cannot check your work even in principle, and do not.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for anything unlawful, or to mislead anyone.
  • Present our tools as though they constitute personalised advice from us.
  • Attempt to access another user's account or data.
  • Probe, scan or test the security of the site, or interfere with its operation.
  • Scrape, bulk-download or systematically copy content or code from the site.
  • Resell, sublicense or redistribute access to the tools.
  • Upload anything containing malicious code, or any image you do not have the right to use.

Intellectual property

The tools, calculation logic, report designs, written content and code on this site are owned by MFD Central and protected under Indian copyright law. You may use them as intended — including generating reports and sharing those reports with your clients — but you may not copy, adapt or redistribute the underlying tools or content.

Your material stays yours. The logo you upload and the disclaimer you write remain your property. You grant us permission to store and reproduce them for the single purpose of placing them on the reports you generate.

Availability and changes

We provide the site on a best-effort basis, without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We may add, change, suspend or remove tools and features at any time.

Tools are provided free of charge at present. If a feature becomes paid in future, that will be made clear before you use it, and nothing you already have will silently start costing money.

Limitation of liability

The site and all outputs are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that calculations are free of error or that outputs are suitable for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any investment loss, lost profits, lost opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on anything produced by it.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

If you find an error in a calculation, please tell us. We would far rather fix it than argue about it later — and a mistake found by one distributor gets fixed for everyone.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, misrepresents an ARN, or is used in a way that endangers the site or other users. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why.

You may close your account at any time by writing to sreekanth25041990@gmail.com.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
